Eligibility
- Resident of the State of Idaho
- Are you one of the following:
- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding a child under one year of age
- Just had a baby
- Have an infant or child under the age of 5 years old
- Meet income guidelines below (effective July 1, 2011 - June 31, 2012) :

For each additional individual, add $589/month or $7,067/year. One pregnant woman counts as 2 household members.
