Maternal/Child Health

The Maternal / Child Health Program offers Pre and Postnatal education and services to the community including childbirth preparation, breastfeeding and infant care classes at no cost. The Maternal / Child Health nurse is available for home visits, to answer questions and provide support to new mothers.

OB/GYN Care

Obstetrical and Gynecological (OB/GYN) care is available to Benewah Medical Center patients through our outreach clinic. This clinic is staffed by a local OB/GYN provider.

Eligibility requirements vary between programs. To find out if you qualify for a particular program, please call (208) 686-1931 or (800) 325-7371 between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
